- Recursive briefing in three phases: expand, deepen, consolidate
- Expand: 4–5 questions across users, features, technical limits, UI/UX and business
- Deepen: 2–3 rounds on gaps and contradictions, with a summary after each round
- Every question comes with example answers; “I don't know” goes to open questions, never guessed
- Only confirmed facts enter the brief
- The briefing adapts to the domain: SSO/RBAC and integrations for B2B SaaS, compliance and limits for fintech, a roles × actions matrix for internal tools
